Phone number formatting optionally disableable

The automatic normalization of phone numbers to the E.164 format (+4923648873040) can now also be disabled in the advanced settings of the connection, instead of being set to a specific country. This is helpful when, for example, only internal extension numbers are present in the internal employee directories. If an existing connection is switched to this, a full sync must be initiated afterwards.
